Meet The Doing Good Marketing Team
Romayne Levee, President
Romayne Levee is a marketing executive with a highly regarded reputation of shaping national brands such as Apple Computer, Energizer Brand Batteries, and AIS Insurance. In addition to her work in the private sector, she has effectively adapted conventional marketing practices to the unconventional challenges and opportunities of the nonprofit sector, in particular working in education with many schools.
Romayne began her career as an advertising account executive over twenty-five years ago at the Los Angeles agencies BBDO and then TBWA Chiat/Day where she rose to the role of Partner. Following that she ran a successful executive recruiting practice for a decade, and then served in the role of VP of Marketing & Communications at AIS.
Among Romayne’s accomplishments in the nonprofit sector is the founding of an independent high school: Vistamar School. In addition to her role as founding Board Chair and Trustee, she has contributed in a Chief Marketing role for over a decade.
Romayne had an unconventional childhood, traveling the world on a sailboat. This experience gave her an extremely discerning lens through which to view her surroundings. As a student of people, cultures, personalities, behaviors, and a graduate of UCLA, she became skilled at identifying and leveraging human insights. She counts this to be her greatest gift as a marketer—a role that requires a profound ability to understand, read and communicate with people.
