Has the practice of dusting off last year’s plan—year after year—resulted in stagnation of your school’s enrollment and marketing results? Do you need a fresh perspective on your enrollment and marketing strategies? Are you embarrassed to admit you don’t actually have an enrollment and marketing plan?

During the summer months, Doing Good Marketing invites you to gather key staff members responsible for your school’s enrollment and marketing efforts for a deeply thought provoking and highly productive two-day work session. Around your own conference table, you’ll be prompted to look at your current practices through new lenses, agree on your most pressing priorities, and craft creative, distinctive solutions. The result will be an actionable enrollment and marketing annual plan, which your teams will reference and utilize throughout the 2017-18 school year. The two-day session will culminate with a one-on-one meeting with the Head of School to review the plan and offer techniques for supporting and managing the teams in its execution.

Your two-day annual planning work session will be facilitated by two independent school admission, communication, and marketing professionals who have over 60 years of combined experience, and will include:

  • audit of admission, communications, and marketing practices
  • assessment of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats
  • prioritization of key annual objectives
  • development of strategies and tactics
  • training for translating the plan into action
  • Head of School debrief

Who should attend? Head of School, Director of Admission and team, Director of Marketing and/or Communications and team, Assistant/Associate Head of School, and key volunteers (optional).
